SHIPPING
Your purchase amount and shipping cost will be included on your final invoice at check-out. Some states are not subject to sales tax. We use various shippers for standard delivery. Please expect to receive your orders within 5 business days. Any shipping delays after package is tendered to shipping company is the responsibility of that company and must be brought to that companies attention. If for any reason there is a delay in preparing your order, you will be contacted.

IN-STORE PICKUP 

If you select In-Store pickup as your shipping option, please make sure that your correct phone number to contact you with is included in your order information. As soon as your order is ready, we will call you to arrange for pickup. Your order should be ready within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If for any reason there is a delay in preparing your order, you will be contacted.

RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If our products have been damaged due to shipping, please do not use the product and call us at 760-371-1790 so that the damage can be reported. Please notify the delivery agent that the package shows damage before signing and accepting the shipment.
